  • Go Forth and Filter! Jan 19, 2018
    Just when you thought they couldn't get any better, we've made filters even easier to use. Now you can immediately see when a filter is active at the top of your screen and clear or save the filter with a simple click.

  • Column totals in board view Jan 4, 2018
    You can now see how many cards are in each column with a count next to the column title, giving you a quick overview of your board at a glance.
    Hovering over the number will give you more details:
    - Total number of cards
    - Total number of active cards
    - Total number of completed cards
    - A roll up of estimated time for cards in that column

  • Organize your saved filters Jan 3, 2018
    Now you can arrange your saved filters into a custom order so you always know where to find them. 
    Just drag and drop to organize them in the way that suits you best, so you can save time finding your favourite filter, wherever you use it!

  • View Risks Across All Projects Dec 12, 2017
    You now have the option to view risks at a glance in the "Everything" section. This gives you visibility of risks across multiple projects at once and allows you to forecast any problems that may arise, from wherever you are in the app.

  • Share your filters! Nov 1, 2017
    If you've set up a filter that you think would be useful to someone else on your team, now you can share it with them by grabbing the URL for sharing in Chat, email or elsewhere - or you can even have it emailed directly to them without leaving Teamwork Projects!

  • Roundup for October Nov 1, 2017
    In October, we added plenty of updates based directly on customer requests. The calendar day view now scrolls to the current time for today and you can exclude events you created but aren't attending. 
    In the project summary, you can click a column name to show a quick list of the tasks in the column without having to leave the screen - and not only that, you now have a totally new 'Collaborator' user type to choose when you're managing people on your site!
